StayCasino Review — Bonus & Real Player Ratings

Launched in 2021 under a Curacao Gaming Control Board licence, StayCasino is run by Hollycorn N.V., a Curaçao-based operator with several international brands. The site leans into a lively, arcade-style look, with bright colours, “lucky” icons, and tournament leaderboards that keep the page feeling busy and active rather than flat.

You get close to 4,000 games here, which is a deep catalogue by any standard. Slots and jackpot titles sit next to table games and a full live lobby, with big-name studios like NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and Nolimit City all on board. If you enjoy chasing leaderboards, StayCasino leans hard into tournaments and recurring promos, so there is usually some kind of race, mission, or timed event running on top of the base games.

For new players, the headline StayCasino welcome bonus is a 100% match up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins, so you can double your first deposit and test a slot at the same time. Regulars get weekly cashback, reloads, free-spin promos, and a long-term loyalty ladder that pays out chunks of spins as you climb. If you like the sound of fast withdrawals, daily tournaments, and constant extras layered on top of standard play, the details that follow will matter to you.

Is StayCasino Safe?

A Curacao Gaming Control Board licence with number OGL/2023/176/0095 sits behind StayCasino, so there is a formal regulator watching basics like fair-play standards and payout practices. Curacao does not go as far as MGA or UKGC on things like ring‑fenced player funds or structured dispute routes, but it still means the site is not operating in a vacuum.

This is the core point behind any question like is StayCasino legit or not.

For day‑to‑day control, you get solid safer gambling tools. You can set both deposit and loss limits, run a reality check with on‑screen session reminders, and use cool‑off time‑outs if you need a breather.

Longer breaks are possible too, since you can trigger full self‑exclusion. The site links out to external help organizations, and you can track your spend through the transaction history and a built‑in self‑assessment test, which helps answer is StayCasino safe from a gambling‑harm angle.

Customer Support

Need help fast? Use live chat first. StayCasino customer support runs through a live chat window on the site, which is the quickest way to sort things like bonus questions or a stuck game.

You also have email support at support@staycasino.com if you prefer writing things out.

For simple questions or urgent StayCasino withdrawal problems, live chat is your best bet because you get answers in real time. Use email for longer issues like sending KYC documents, disputing a game round, or following up on something that needs a written trail.

How StayCasino Compares

If you want slots and tables without sports, StayCasino keeps things focused with no sportsbook at all. You get 3,969 games from 39 providers, which is a deeper library than many mid-sized sites, so there is plenty of choice for regular play. Wagering at 40x on the welcome offer sits at the top end of normal, so it suits you better if you like to stick around and play through a bigger session rather than chase a quick bonus cashout.

For a 2021 launch with this game count and focus on casino-only play, it sits comfortably among the top casinos, especially if your priority is having lots to play in one place instead of crypto payments or sports bets.

StayCasino Welcome Bonus

When you sign up and deposit, the headline offer is a 100% match up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins as the StayCasino welcome bonus. Your first deposit is doubled, so a €100 deposit gives you a €100 bonus for €200 total to play with, plus those spins. The spins are worth €0.10 each, so you are getting €10 in spin value on top, and no StayCasino bonus code is needed at this stage.

Before you claim the StayCasino sign up bonus, you should look at the numbers. Wagering is 40x on the bonus amount, which sits on the higher side of normal. If you deposit €100 and get a €100 bonus, you need €4,000 in bets before you can cash out. The 100 free spins also carry 40x wagering on any winnings, so if your spins bring in €20, expect to wager €800 from those.

The minimum first deposit is €20, and you have 14 days to finish the wagering on the bonus funds. Free spins expire after 3 days, so it makes sense to use them quickly once they land from the StayCasino first deposit bonus.

Full Welcome Package

Spread across five deposits, the full StayCasino welcome package reaches up to €4,000 plus 350 free spins, with every stage built around a €20 minimum deposit.

Wagering is 40x on both the cash bonus and the free spins at each step, which sits at the top end of normal, so you need to be ready for a decent amount of play before cashing out bonus winnings.

Your first deposit is matched 100% up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins. Your second deposit is matched 75% up to €1,000 plus 50 free spins. Your third deposit is matched 75% up to €500 plus 50 free spins.

Your fourth deposit is matched 50% up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins. Your fifth deposit is matched 100% up to €500 plus 50 free spins. Each bonus is active for 14 days, while free spins from every deposit are valid for 3 days, so you have some breathing room but should still plan your sessions so you clear the 40x wagering in time.

Wagering Contribution by Game Type

Slots count 100% toward wagering, so they are the quickest way to clear the StayCasino wagering requirements. Blackjack, roulette, and other table games only count 5% each, so they move the needle much more slowly.

If you want to get through the StayCasino bonus terms without dragging it out, focus most of your play on slots.

For contribution math, slot bets count in full toward wagering, at a 1 to 1 ratio. A blackjack, roulette, or other table game bet at 5% only counts at a 1 to 20 ratio, so you need twenty times the betting volume on these games to reach the same wagering progress you would get from slots.

StayCasino Bonuses for Existing Players

Beyond the welcome package, you get a steady calendar of StayCasino promotions that run daily, weekly, and monthly. There is a daily "REEL RUSH" tournament with a prize pool of 1,000 free spins, plus a weekly "HIGH STAKES" slot tournament every Sunday, where a progressive pool starting at €200 pays the top 25 players by total bets, with a €0.10 minimum stake per spin. Monthly events like "FORTUNE CHASE" with €2,000 plus 3,000 free spins, and "ALL-IN-LIVE" with €1,000 prize pools, add bigger prize shots than you see on many sites.

For regular bankroll boosts, you get weekly 7% StayCasino cashback up to €5,000, credited on Mondays with 5x wagering and a €20 minimum cashback amount, which is a higher cap than most casinos offer. There are weekly deposit-triggered free spins on Tuesdays, weekend bonuses up to €500 with a 50% match from a €30 minimum deposit, plus exclusive birthday treats of €150 and 20 free spins if you are eligible. App users who have made at least one deposit also receive 20 instant StayCasino free spins when they log in through the mobile app, with extra app-only promos sent by push notification.

On the longer grind, the StayCasino loyalty program runs over at least fourteen main levels with multiple sublevels each. You earn loyalty points (TP) as you play, then climb through tiers that stack more free spins and VIP perks. For example, Level 1 gives 65 free spins in total through sub-tiers that drop 5 to 16 spins at a time, while Level 14 reaches 2,860 free spins plus 32 sublevels that add from 55 up to 200 spins each, so long-term play can turn into a large spin bankroll.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Ready to fund your account? The StayCasino minimum deposit is €20, which sits in the normal range so you can start without a big outlay. You can load your balance with cards like Visa and Mastercard, e-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller, plus standard bank transfers and Interac. Deposits clear instantly in most cases, so you can move straight from the cashier to the games.

For cashing out, payment methods at StayCasino mirror your deposit options, so you usually withdraw back the same way you paid in. E-wallets are normally the quickest route, while card payouts and bank transfers tend to sit at the slower end. The stated StayCasino withdrawal time is 1 to 3 days, which is on the faster side compared with many sites that still hold payouts for longer before releasing them.

Once you request a StayCasino withdrawal, your account might need verification if you have not done it before or if your total withdrawals reach a higher amount. Expect the usual KYC checks: photo ID, proof of address like a utility bill, and sometimes a screenshot or statement of your payment method. StayCasino withdrawal pending status usually clears faster if you upload clear documents early and keep your account details up to date.

StayCasino Withdrawal Review

E-wallet cashouts here usually clear within 24 hours once approved, which is quicker than card or bank payouts on most sites. Card withdrawals with Visa or Mastercard generally take 2 to 5 business days, and standard bank transfers land in roughly 3 to 5 business days after the casino pays them out. This is the basic picture for StayCasino withdrawal time, so if you want money sooner, aim for Skrill or Neteller rather than your bank card.

For your first cashout you can expect a KYC check, and that is what often slows things down. You will need to upload a photo ID (passport or driving licence), a proof of address from the last three months, and something that shows you own the payment method you are withdrawing to, for example a card photo with some digits covered.

StayCasino KYC verification usually takes 1 to 3 business days at most sites that run similar checks, so it makes sense to send clean, readable documents as soon as you start playing instead of waiting until you hit a win.

Withdrawal requests sit in a pending state while the team checks your account and, on bigger sums, may send it for manual review. This is the point where bonus rules often bite: if you have an active bonus and have not finished wagering, the finance team will hold or cancel the withdrawal until you meet the terms.

Large wins can also stretch the timeline a bit, since extra checks kick in for anti-fraud and responsible gambling rules, so a StayCasino withdrawal pending for a big amount is usually about extra review rather than pure cashier speed.

If your cashout feels stuck, start with live chat on the site, since that is normally faster than email, then follow up at support@staycasino.com if you need a written trail. The Curacao Gaming Control Board licence gives basic oversight but offers fewer formal escalation paths than an MGA or UKGC setup, so your main route is to push support for a clear answer and timeline. If you still get nowhere after that, you can raise a complaint with Curacao, but in practice most payout issues get solved directly with StayCasino support.

Games at StayCasino

With over 7,000 titles from 39 studios, this is a deep catalogue, well above what most sites carry. Big-name StayCasino game providers include NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, and Evolution Gaming, backed up by studios like Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, and Relax Gaming for more niche content.

The mix covers slots, RNG table games, bingo, video poker, and live tables, so you can switch genres without leaving the brand.

StayCasino slots are the main draw, with classic 3-reelers, modern video slots, and feature-heavy titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Thunderkick. You see high-volatility thrillers from Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming next to more laid-back options from Wazdan and Amatic.

Progressive jackpots are in the mix too, giving you a shot at larger wins on specific titles rather than just flat payouts.

For table fans, you get blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and video poker in both digital and live formats. The StayCasino live casino runs on Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, LuckyStreak, and VIVO Gaming, so you can sit at roulette, blackjack, and baccarat tables with real dealers, plus game-show style rooms from Evolution.

Bingo is present as well if you want a change of pace from reels and cards.
